At Klymit, we are committed to the highest level of materials and workmanship. We stand behind our products with a Lifetime Guarantee on our sleeping pads and inflatable products and a 2-Year Guarantee on our sleeping bags and backpacks. For all warranty claims, simply complete our Warranty Return Authorization form and ship your product to the address provided.

Items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Klymit. This warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from improper use or maintenance, normal wear and tear, commercial use, accident or external causes. Unauthorized repair, modification or customization of your product voids this warranty. If a replacement product is unavailable or discontinued, a comparable product will be substituted.

WE COVER RETURN SHIPPING AFTER REPAIR!

All products covered under warranty will be repaired free of charge. When we've repaired your product or deemed it necessary to provide a replacement, we will cover return shipping to all addresses.

To qualify for a money back guarantee the product must have been purchased through our Costco Next Klymit Web Store (costco.klymit.com) within 45 Days After the Delivery of Goods.
